HITMANIA
Hitmania engages in a critical examination of contemporary visual culture through strategies of appropriation, recontextualization, and montage. Drawing from a vast archive of popular media, consumer artifacts, and discarded cultural symbols, the work interrogates the mechanisms of mass-produced desire and the commodification of memory. By destabilizing familiar iconography, Hitmania reveals the latent tensions between nostalgia, spectacle, and the politics of cultural production.
